Miss Ann`s Fried Chicken in Greenwood

Best fried chicken in south Carolina. EMS and 1st responders special while in uniform.

Today l went after not going for about 5 years, and I will have to say not only was the service good so was the food.

The chicken is ok . But the place looks very nasty and old . They need to up date this ugly and nasty looking place.

Best fried chicken around!!!! We had the fried chicken and chicken gizzards. The best we have ate in years. Definitely can tell the food is fresh, and they change their oil often. Owner and staff are real nice and treat you like family.

First time there and the chicken is to die for!! Beats KFC hand down. Whatever they coat the chicken with is wonderful and after it's fried let's just say that my cholesterol is going to be hurting because I found a place that makes chicken just right.

Forget KFC! This is the place to eat! Friendly staff, always ready to make your tummy happy! EXCELLENT Food, most every time. Be prepared to wait a little while, but it's WORTH it!

Saw the place by mishap, and was Hungry, quite a few cars and pickup trucks were out front, decided to grab a meal usually little joints on the side of the road are some of the Best jewels!to my surprise the people started off friendly..we ordered,and waited for our food, I had the Flounder basket with Fried Okra, in place of Fries, the flounder was not as good as the Flounder you get at Lizards Thicket...and my okra tasted like it has been sitting under the heated lamp, more than an hour. I asked if I was able to get some Fresh okra and their Response was, "These are as Fresh as your Gonna Get!" I was Stomped but they didn't know that I heard them so I left there with the uneaten Okra on the Table, the Sweet Tea was Horrible! I do not knocking anyone lively Hood, but it Better Humility Goes a Long Way, since we are Actually your Boss! Good Luck

I'd go back. The fried chicken was decent. I think the okra may have been frozen not fresh; it was OK. I've had better. They can keep the packaged dinner rolls. The onion rings, again, were just OK. I think they were frozen too. The livers were good but the gizzards were very tough. The pink lemonade? After reading the reviews, I thought this would be a freshly squeezed lemonade but, again, just a packaged product. Too sweet and artificially flavored. That was the biggest disappointment. Certainly, Miss Ann's has a huge clientele and I'd go back if and when I'm in the area. However, they could improve their products if they were motivated.

Customer service was outstanding and the chicken is always good!

The best fried chicken ever also loved the oyster and gizzards! Even though the day we went they ran out of salt it was still good!

I only have one word for this place TERRIBLE. There chicken is out of date. The place is nasty. Also, you can tell by the amount of customers that it is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I love Miss Ann's Fried Chicken.The chicken is always hot and juicy.I ordered two 2 wing snacks the wings were huge.You can make a meal of just one snack.The staff is always friendly.They're busy anytime you go but the line moves fast.The dining room has a Lot of seating.I really love coming here it a value.So check it out.

Very clean and food freshly cooked and reasonable prices. I got the three piece mixed chicken with fries and my buddy got chicken livers freshly cooked and fries and the worker's there was very friendly. This was our first time ever going and will be going back bc the food was freshly cooked which was very hot from them freshly cooking. Definitely will be going back soon bc it was very good. I was very pleased.

Very slow getting orders done. Cashier gave my order to another guest,and then took another order in front of me. Taking all the cooked food and asked if I would wait until more food was cooked I asked for a refund but they didn't want to give it to me several other people brought food back that wasn't right and demanded their money back. I eat here slot and will now on go elsewhere

If you don't love Miss Ann's, there's probably no helping you

The the chicken was cold and the okra with nasty today tastes like it was just got out of the freezer

When I visit Greenwood I always go by Love this establishment.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was pretty good and seasoned just right.
